At Culver Real Estate & Property Management, Real Estate Agents are our most significant source of referrals.  Whether you have a property that is hard to sell, a probate or divorce issue, a listing about to expire, or any of a variety of other circumstances, sometimes renting is the best option for a period of time.  When that happens, please call us first.  We will pay your Brokerage a referral fee of 25% of the first month’s rent!  THAT IS THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS!

We guarantee in writing that you will get your customer back when it is time for them to buy or sell. If you send us a property to manage, we will not sell that property. If you refer us a tenant for a rental, when it is time for them to buy, we will not sell them a property.  It is a great way to “bookmark” your customer and know that they are being cared for and when the time is right for your customer, they will still be YOUR CUSTOMER!!

We specialize in the business of Managing Properties and we do it very well!
