We’re able to move a qualified tenant into a property for a lease period from six months to one year, and many of our tenants have been placed for several years. Our reach is expanding daily as we currently have people moving here from Metro NY, NJ, and CT areas at a steady pace.

Whether you are a first-time landlord or have multiple income properties, at Culver Realty & Property Management, we specialize in managing your property as if it were our own. We specialize in high-end properties and locating tenants that will respect your investment as you would. That means fitting the correct tenant with the correct property.

We carefully screen all tenants (over 18) to include a background check, credit check and reference check. Our thorough process for screening also includes sex offender registry reviews and eviction checks while abiding by all statutes of the state of FL to produce qualified, quality tenants for our owners.

Once a qualified tenant is located, we then use an attorney approved lease, collect the monies due and hold security deposits in accordance with the law. We will maintain the property throughout the duration of the lease, which makes it a seamless process for you. We maintain communication with the owner/landlord in whatever means you prefer. Monthly detailed statements are provided with the monthly remittance check as well as a concise year-end statement and 1099 statement to take to your accountant.  We are professional Property Managers who are licensed Real Estate Associates/Brokers and work diligently to keep up with the changing rules and regulations for our owners.
